My work as a birth doula is rooted in quiet presence, deep listening, and steady support through one of the most meaningful days of your life. I believe every family deserves to feel respected, informed, and held with care as they prepare to welcome their baby.

My role as your doula is not to replace medical providers, but to offer continuous emotional, physical, and informational support, helping you feel confident in your choices and supported through every stage of labor, birth, and the early postpartum hours.

Birth Doula Support

As I continue through nursing school and deepen my education in perinatal and infant care, I have stepped back from taking on a full client load. That said, I do continue to support a small number of families each term when my schedule allows.

If you are seeking calm, grounded, and holistic support for your birth, I would be happy to connect and explore whether we are a good fit.

Not sure if doula support is within your budget? Please reach out anyway. I believe everyone deserves compassionate support during pregnancy and birth. I offer a limited number of reduced-fee spots for families who may not otherwise be able to access doula care. It is important to me that financial circumstances are not the reason someone goes without the support they need during this transformative time.
